ZESTY SASHIMI TUNA WITH SWEET CHILI VINAIGRETTE
An 8 ounce Tuna steak seasoned with a blend
of lemon, garlic, onion, fresh thyme and blackening
seasoning, pan seared, over a bed of baby greens, drizzled
with a sweet chili vinaigrette.

MARDI GRAS NACHO EXTRAVAGANZA
Layers of andouille sausage & sautéed crawfish tails, diced onions,
bell peppers, and roasted red peppers with brownstone’s rich and
creamy cheese sauce. Topped with diced tomatoes,
fried jalapeno peppers, guacamole, sour cream and chives.
